Shipping Policy

If your package is lost please email us at so we can file a claim for the package. Once the claim is processed and your package cannot be located we will reship your items. If we no longer have those specific items in stock we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

** Please note we are not responsible for any stolen packages. If the carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the delivering carrier in regards to your package. 

** We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
